Focus on YOU!
When thinking about our appearance, we focus both on our self-perception, as well how others see us.
Not satisfied with your appearance? You need to consider the three issues of aesthetic treatment: What to change, Why you want change, and How to achieve your desired change. Your focus is the What and the Why. As your doctor, my responsibility is the How.
In an unhurried relaxed environment, our focus is you. With my staff, I will help you evaluate your treatment options, helping you to make an informed choice.
Consultation
Distilled from my own experience and assessment of the newest technologies, my treatment philosophy differs from many other surgeons. I believe that less can be more. This is especially true for facial rejuvenation and body contouring. Your treatment may not require surgery at all!
The prospect of change brings both excitement and anxiety. This is why I recommend two things: First, to ensure you address all your concerns, bring a written list of your questions. Second, to help you evaluate your choices, bring a trusted friend to your consultation visit.
Because our discussion often lasts over an hour, allow adequate time for your consultation. Whenever possible, arrange childcare for small children.
Used to illustrate possible treatment results, computer imaging helps refine your unique treatment plan.
To ensure comfort with your decision, you are always welcome to return for further review of your treatment plan.
You are invited to arrange a complimentary pre-consultation visit. Meeting with my staff, you can learn about choices others have made to address concerns like yours.
Information is also available to you through my office.
Surgery
Depending on your needs, surgical care may be provided in the office, or through the Aesthetic Program at the NorthEast Surgery Center in Fayetteville, New York. Operated by St Joseph’s Hospital, the Aesthetic Program caters to the needs of my patients, including over-night nursing care (when needed).

With a special interest and dedication to aesthetic surgery, only one-quarter of ASPS members have been accepted for membership in the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
Since coming to Central New York in 1985, I have introduced new treatments and technologies, including laser skin resurfacing, "flash" resurfacing, ultrasonic assisted liposuction, endoscopic plastic surgery, and TRAM breast reconstruction. I have shared my clinical work both at local and national meetings.
